We currently have an exciting opportunity for an Administrator - Supply Chain to join our Procurement Team.
The Administrator - Supply Chain Supply Chain will support the Planning team with all administrational duties for our nuts and dried fruit business
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Order processing
- POD queries, depot & supplier returns
- Assisting with stock reconciliation & investigations
- Invoice checking/processing
- Import compliance & Logistics bookings
- Sales orders (finished goods) & RTS’s
- Digital filing
What are we looking for?
- Competent in MS Office applications
- Previous experience of working in a production or logistics environment would be advantageous
- Flexible approach to workload and tasks
- Keen eye for detail
- Experience of working to deadlines
- Resourceful nature with logical approach to solving problems
- Excellent communication skills
