Our Compliance team work in partnership with Asda and colleagues around our business to deliver and maintain effective risk management programs. These can cover anything from security and privacy to how we manage relationships with our suppliers. Their finger is on the pulse when it comes to new or impending legislation or industry issues which may affect our business and they are always on-hand to offer their support.

Our Legal team focus on a variety of areas and provide support to our whole business. As well as drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, they advise strategically on legal matters including contract interpretation, intellectual property and competition law.
