We are thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity for HR Advisor to become a vital part of our onsite HR Team at our Protein site in Normanton. If you are passionate about People and eager to contribute to a dynamic team, this role is perfect for you!
Position Details:
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm (please note that there is a requirement to be flexible around these hours)
Location: Forza Foods - Site Based Role
Contract Type: Permanent
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Help drive the HR team forward
- Building strong working relationships to advise
- To provide references & confirmation of employment for those that require them
- Assisting with and developing on recruitment campaigns
- Assist with recruitment up to Grade 3
- Update employee records with changes
- To schedule absence reviews and disciplinary meetings
- Conduct short term sick welfare meetings
- Referring colleagues to Occupational Health where required and following up colleagues after their meeting
- Manage Amended Duties with Occupational help
- Produce reports for various departments both internally and group wide
- Dealing with HR queries
- Develop and implement engagement activities
- To maintain excellent communication within the team
- To ensure a safe working environment is kept for all colleagues
- Report any Health & Safety issues to the Management

- IT literate

- Up to CIPD level 5 and/or relevant experience
