We currently have an exciting opportunity for an Advisor - Site Assistant Accountant to join our team.
Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare daily and weekly factory performance reporting such as variance analysis and stock reconciliation
- Prepare various inputs for the weekly P&L
- Prepare and post accruals and prepayments and reconcile month end accounts allocated
- Prepare and submit allocated monthly balance sheet GL account reconciliations
- Prepare and process sales invoices to our key customer plus other accounts receivable transactions and tracking payments received to ensure control of aged debt (shared responsibility)
What are we looking for?
- Advanced Excel skills
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to challenge error producing working practices.
- Self-starter with ability to meet challenging deadlines.
- Graduate calibre candidate looking to begin or in early stages of studying towards CIMA qualification
