We are thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity for a Line Manager - Production to become a vital part of our onsite Production Team at our Protein facility in Normanton. If you are passionate about Operations & Production and eager to contribute to a dynamic team, this role is perfect for you!
Position Details:
• Schedule: Monday to Friday , rotating shifts of 6:30am - 2:30pm & 2:30pm - 10:30pm
• Location: Forza Foods - Normanton, this is a site-based role
• Contract Type: Permanent
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver production plans effectively
• Ensure compliance with company and legal standards, including food safety, health and safety, hygiene, and environmental regulations
• Assist in managing a team of operatives by organising, developing, motivating, and communicating with them
• Exhibit clear leadership behaviours
• Foster a collaborative team environment
• Train and support new starters
• Maintain high standards around specifications and quality
• Demonstrate professionalism in people management
• Utilise labour efficiently and effectively
• Manage, monitor, and enhance line performance
• Provide support to new starters as needed
